York and London Picture

 York Minster

 Street performer.

 Old school England.

 Inside the Minster

 Climbing the tower.

Yes. That marking is from 1879!

 View from the top!

 Mimi on the train!
 Albert's memorial.
 Shiny
lots of Santas. This is downtown Picadilly Circus. There must have been at least 200-300 Santas all standing around drinking.

Dreams come true!

Dublin Day

The door from 7 Eccles Street, where Leopold Bloom was suppose to have lived. In 1904, the dublin directory has it recorded as vacant, so Joyce could put any one living there on June 16, 1904.
Visual representations of the 18 episodes of Ulysses

Staute of Joyce in Dublin square
Guinness in Dublin. Had about 4 of them. They were amazing.
Plague of a quote from Ulysses. It the beginning of the Chapter, Lestroygonians, where Bloom takes a walk around Dublin that has been meticulously planned by Joyce. All the streets and shops it mentioned were real. But they changed since then.
 One was a foot locker

Dublin National Library, where the Syclia and Charydbris epsiode takes place.

 Oscar Wylde's house.
The chemist's shop, Sweny's, where Bloom buys soap for Molly.
5 of us walked in and they offered us tea. It was wonderful. Such a sweet shop keeper.

We went to the bar that I did my report on. It really was a local a spot. All the locals had heard of it, and it really felt like a local pub. They all gave us dirty looks. But whatever. That means that we know what's up.
